Here in Tommy Rosen’s,Yoga and the 12 Steps Series he addresses Step 10.  This step is: continue to take personal inventory and when we were wrong, promptly admit it.  This can develop into a beautiful daily practice because it causes you to take a mini inventory of each day, going to bed energetically clean.  From a yogic perspective, it is staying present and realizing that today is a new day.
