Jason Crandell – Comfortable, Effective Forward Bends

In this video Jason Crandell explains some of the similarities between forward bends and back bends and the challenges they present.  He finds people who love forward bends experience them as soothing and quieting, and that they enjoy removing resistance in the back body.  However, some people find it very difficult.  In all forward bends, focus on initiating the movement from the pelvis.
